All sessions in the program are recorded and will be uploaded shortly after each.

You will always get a lot more out of the program when you come to the live events as you can ask questions and hear other’s experiences which will help you learn. 

However it is not necessary for you to be on every session live as you will be able to watch the replays and do all the exercises in your own time.
